A native of St. Simons Island, Cory brings more than 22 years of experience in architectural design. His broad range of experience spans custom residential, commercial, and renovation projects, allowing him to guide projects thoughtfully from initial concept and design through construction. Licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee, Cory combines regional expertise with a thoughtful, client-focused approach to design. In addition to his passion for architecture, he has a strong appreciation for the craft of building itself, with a hands-on understanding of construction methods and detailing that informs his practical, well-executed approach to architecture.

Cory’s interest in architecture began at an early age, following closely in his father’s footsteps. As a young boy, he often spent afternoons at his father’s office after school, where he was introduced to the creative process of architectural design and the day-to-day workings of the profession. The occasional jobsite visit helped demonstrate how drawings and designs ‘come to life’. Those early experiences helped shape his appreciation for the construction process, thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and the lasting impact architecture can have on people and place. That childhood curiosity eventually led him to pursue a degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design, graduating in 2010.  Over time, his early interest naturally evolved into a lifelong career and commitment to the profession.

Beyond his professional practice, Cory is actively involved with the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects, where he supports the architectural community through chapter events and professional engagement. His commitment to both the profession and the community reflects his dedication to advancing architecture and fostering meaningful relationships within the industry.
