Tracy is an architect with more than 33 years of experience specializing in high-end custom residential design, commercial projects, residential and commercial renovations, and interior architecture. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Tracy enjoys working closely with clients throughout the design process, helping transform their vision into functional and timeless spaces tailored to the way they live and work.

 

Originally from Trenton, Michigan, Tracy earned her Master of Architecture degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in 1993. While studying in Savannah, she gained a firsthand appreciation for architectural detailing by observing and studying the historic buildings that line the city's streets. The details, proportions, and design principles found in Savannah’s historic district provided an invaluable real-world education that continues to influence her work today. Following graduation, she quickly discovered that the beauty, character, and coastal lifestyle of the Golden Isles made Southeast Georgia the perfect place to build both her career and her home.

 

Over the course of her career, Tracy has developed extensive experience designing projects that respond to the unique architectural traditions and environmental conditions of the coastal region. Her work reflects a strong appreciation for context, craftsmanship, architectural detailing, natural light, and the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
